Many extensions fall under permitted development. We confirm which route applies at the first visit, and where an application is needed our in-house design team prepares and manages it — drawings, forms and neighbours’ notices included.
Loft Conversions

We start with a free feasibility check — head heights, stair position, structure — so you know it works before you spend a penny on drawings. Then steels, dormers, stairs, insulation, en-suites and fitted storage, all by one team.

Most lofts are built through the roof with scaffold access, so your home stays sealed and liveable until the staircase is cut through — usually in the final weeks. We plan that moment with you, protect everything below, and clean daily.
Basement Conversions
A whole new floor beneath your home — excavated, waterproofed and finished into space you’ll use every day.
