The whole process was very collaborative. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and even suggested ideas that made the final design even better. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept in the loop on progress and costs. In fact, due to the collaborative nature of the company and having the flexible ability of the Cost Plus agreement, Unity came in under budget, meaning we actually received a saving on the initial projected cost.
As you can see from the photos the quality of the work speaks for itself. The patio looks amazing, and the landscaping has completely transformed our outdoor space.
